Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher

€150 million for SMEs and self-employed professionals: a non-repayable grant covering 50% of eligible spend, up to €20,000, to adopt cloud computing and cybersecurity solutions. Officina Digitale is an approved supplier on the register held by the Italian Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT).

Who can apply

Eligible costs

Cybersecurity

Firewalls, security routers and switches, SIEM systems, vulnerability management, advanced antivirus and antimalware, encryption tools.

Cloud computing

IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services, storage, backup, managed databases, VPN, DDoS protection.

Integrated business software

Advanced management systems including AI-enabled ones, certified email (PEC), digital signature, compliant digital archiving, e-commerce platforms, cloud applications for accounting and HR.

Professional services

Configuration, monitoring and specialist support: eligible up to a maximum of 30% of the total spending plan, and only where connected to the other services in the plan.

Key dates

  1. 20 October 2026 — 12:00 Applications open for drafting on the Ministry's platform. At this stage the application is prepared, not submitted.
  2. 10 November 2026 — 12:00 The submission window opens. Funds are allocated in chronological order of submission, so being ready matters.
  3. 20 January 2027 — 12:00 The window closes, unless funds are exhausted earlier.
